On-Line Business Solutions North America Appointed as Silicon Bay's North American Agent
06 December 2004Silicon Bay is pleased announce the appointment of On-Line Business Solutions North America (OBSNA) as their North American agent for distribution of their Universal Translator financial software suite. OBSNA, based in Toronto, Canada, will distribute Universal Translator in the North American Free Trade Area (USA, Canada and Mexico) and the Caribbean, and appoint additional distribution agents to expand Silicon Bay’s sales and support network across the NAFTA and Caribbean area.
The addition of On-Line Business Solutions North America to Silicon Bay’s portfolio of international agents allows the company to better service the North Americas with experienced personnel on-hand locally offering first line technical support and sales advice.
OBSNA provide business development services for companies bringing new electronic commerce products to market, focusing on the financial services industry in North America. Mike Whiston founded OBSNA in 2002 and brings with him over 25 years of experience in financial services and business solution sales. Prior to forming OBSNA, Mike Whiston was Country Manager for Magnet Communications, and Vice President of Sales at NDC Global Payments, Canada. Mike also worked at the Bank of Montreal in cash management sales for several years focusing on the financial services industry and multinational corporations. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Canadian Bankers, and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Bankers.
